Fedir Roshka’s interview

100 cows of elite Holshtein breed were imported from the Czech Republic to Sumy oblast. This breed is a record holder for milk yield and is valued for its worldwide effectiveness, but needs special care. The event is quite important for the development of dairy cattle breeding in Ukraine, because there are very few such cows in our country. CEO Roshka Fedir Georgievich of LLC “Moloko Vitchyzny” spoke about the significance of this event in an interview for A-TV channel.

He noted how much higher is the yield of this breed, but significant efforts are needed to achieve impressive results: this is the right care, special technologies for keeping animals, high-level equipment (there are special milking parlors on the dairy farm, equipped with the latest equipment) and professional staff.

Also, Fedir Georgievich noted that a special component of success is love to these animals. It was said that investors are investing heavily in the development of dairy farming in Ukraine, in particular LLC “Moloko Vitchyzny” farms use the latest technology to ensure that you get milk of the highest quality. In the interview Roshka Fedir noted that foreign experts call our dairy farms entirely European, because the equipment and quality of milk produced fully meets the highest European standards.

In addition, the efficiency of our dairy farms gives the opportunity to earn money and thus to develop the dairy business in Ukraine. Fedir Georgievich emphasizes that working with milk is profitable and productive, and notes that importing to Sumy oblast of elite cows is an opportunity to improve the genetics of dairy herds, have higher returns and higher profits and thus to develop a dairy business in Ukraine.
